We use thermal insulated shipping pouches and gel packs to ensure that the product remains at a cold temperature thoughout the shipping process. 

Melted ice packs do not necessarily mean that the products are spoiled. Ice packs are used to maintain temperature throughout the shipping process. As long as the products are still at room temperature by the time you receive them they will be safe to consume. Make sure to refrigerate your order as soon as you receive it.

Depending on when you order is place, we usually process it between 24-48 hours and delivered the following day the order is processed. 

Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday are processed and shipped the following Monday. 

Orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before 9:00pm are processed and shipped the following day.
